On July 15, 2021, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against A Russian processing vessel, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in a sample of a batch of frozen Greenland Halibut from Russia. The national customs suspended the acceptance of Russian processing vessel SHPITCBERGEN JSC Karat -1 (Registered number: CH-21R) import declaration for a week from July 15. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
